Неоднократные телефонные звонки в отдел благоустройства комитета жилищно-коммунального хозяйства районной администрации не принесли результата. Сотрудники отвечали, что вопрос нужно обговаривать с начальником отдела Вячеславом Костенко, но застать неуловимого Вячеслава Александровича на месте звонившим ни разу не удалось.
Тогда жильцы официально обратились в Выборгскую районную администрацию и к своему представителю в совете депутатов муниципального образования «Город Выборг» Владимиру Остапчуку.
