И вот два месяца спустя председатель комитета дорожного хозяйства, транспорта и связи Дмитрий Романенко честно признался: для снижения тарифов «мы (администрация) ничего не сделали». В районном бюджете нашлись средства только школьников – в Выборге они ездят за 50 процентов, а ребята из района, приписанные к городским школам и пользующиеся при отсутствии школьного автобуса рейсовым, бесплатно.
Больше всего людей возмущает отсутствие здравого смысла при назначении платы за проезд. Сейчас, например, на автобусной станции Выборга можно увидеть: проезд до Петербурга – 250 рублей, проезд до Рощина – 402 рубля. Из Выборга до Светогорска автобусом можно доехать за 220 рублей, а на такси — за 230. При таком раскладе совершенно очевидно, что с тарифами что-то не так.
Жители Цвелодубово смогли организоваться, собрать подписи под жалобой на перевозчика и направить петицию в областное правительство. После этого цена на автобус по маршруту № 125 снизилась на 10 рублей. Как считает староста поселка Александр Иванов, цена так и осталась завышенной.
Почитав сообщения в социальных сетях и в комментариях, корреспондент «Конкретно.ру» обратил внимание, что недовольство пассажиров вызывают не только цены, но и состояние автобусного парка. Каких только эпитетов не удостаиваются автобусы – «грязные», «вонючие», «скотовозы» и т.д. Удивляют местных жителей и кондукторы, которые называют разную цену за проезд. Люди полагают, что районная администрация могла бы навести порядок в перевозках и в ценах, назначаемых зачастую «с потолка», даже не субсидиями, а путем административного давления на перевозчиков.
А контракт был не на 5 копеек …
Значит, один вариант из двух: либо сумма контракта для обеспечения пассажирских перевозок занижена (?!) , либо (что более вероятно) часть денег уходит не по назначению.
Вам приходилось бывать в других городах РФ, ЛО? Если приходилось, то могли увидеть чистые автобусы, стоимость проезда ниже, на остановках расписание и электронные табло (номер автобуса и время прибытия), кондукторы принимают оплату за проезд, а не водители.
Кто в ВИПЛАЙН — ТРАНСЛАЙН учредитель? Кто и какую получает прибыль от пассажирских перевозок в Выборге и Выборгском районе? Мне кажется, расходы урезаны уже до "не балуй" …
