2 октября 2020 года 49-летний житель Выборга скандалил в своей квартире. Оппонентом выступала женщина. Не берёмся утверждать, кто был более прав, но в качестве аргумента мужчина использовал кастрюлю. Потеряв терпение, мужик схватил этот предмет кухонной утвари и надел кастрюлю на голову женщине, припечатав сверху, то есть по днищу посуды, кулаком. В результате дама получила телесное повреждение в виде раны теменной области слева, что повлекло кратковременного расстройства здоровья.
Случай, казалось бы, забавный, но выборжанин практически использовал кастрюлю как оружие. А это уже преступление, предусмотренное пунктом «в» частью второй статьи 115 УК РФ. Выборгская городская прокуратура утвердила обвинительное заключение и направила уголовное дело в Выборгский горсуд для рассмотрения по существу. Буйному мужчине грозит до двух лет лишения свободы.
По аналогичному делу предстанет в суде 76-летний житель посёлка Рощино. Пенсионер, видимо, желал доказать оппоненту свои познания в области сельского хозяйства, так как дискуссия разыгралась на земельном участке. Возможно, предмет бурной полемики заключался в другом, но дед, потеряв терпение, сперва ударил потерпевшего кулаком в грудь, затем схватил деревянную палку и отколошматил другого спорщика. Не менее четырех ударов, нанесённых по различным частям тела, обеспечили мужчине лёгкий вред здоровью.
А вот житель Выборга, перепугавший свою сестру, свой срок уже получил. 7 июля 2021 года мужчина выпил и затеял принципиальный разговор с сестрой. Договориться родственники не смогли, а брат до того проникся неприязнью к родному человеку, что пригрозил женщине ножом и обещал прикончить. Учитывая, что брат был явно не в себе, сестра вполне реально восприняла его намерения.
Выборгский горсуд учёл позицию гособвинителя и приговорил мужчину по статье 119 части 1 УК РФ (угроза убийством, если имелись основания опасаться осуществления этой угрозы) к условному сроку лишения свободы. Приговор вступил в законную силу. В дальнейшем всё зависит от самого осуждённого. Но лучше ему не пить и помириться с сестрой.
